Join us for All Church Worship on this Sunday, February 10 at McKinney North High School (2550 Wilmeth Rd. McKinney, TX 75071) for a special worship service with The Parks Churches from McKinney and Melissa, TX and be reminded of our commitment to church-planting and sharing the Gospel.
The Old Testament story of Ruth is not only divinely inspired Scripture, but also extraordinary Hebrew literature. It gives the historical account of an Israelite family that faces tragic loss and how God uses the love and loyalty of a Moabite woman to bring restoration into the family of David. In this sermon series, we will be reminded of God's great providence and His gracious redemption.
The Parks Church Frisco meets for worship Sundays at 10:15am at the Performing Acts Center on the Campus of the Frisco School of Music (9255 Preston Rd. Frisco, TX 75033).
Childcare is provided through 5th grade.
Donuts and coffee will be served.
For Adults & Youth: While we are serious about the Truth we sing and teach, our services are fairly casual and warm. We are a simple, modern church who values some of the more traditional elements, such as a call-to-worship and frequent communion. You can expect a 75-minute service consisting of fellowship, music/singing, prayer, and teaching (usually through books of the Bible).
For Families & Kids: Our Parks Littles (0-3 years) receives special care by capable adults and helpers. Our Parks Kids (4 years-grade 5), begin the service singing with the church, and then head around the corner in the Kids room for their group Bible lesson consisting of video clips, activities, and discussion. We use The Gospel Project curriculum. Youth, grades 6-12, participate in the entire service with the church. (Youth activities are scheduled monthly, typically over the weekend.)
Join us Sundays in December for Eye-Witness Christmas, our Advent study of the first 2 chapters of Luke. In this study, we will look at…
The angel Gabriel's message (1:26-38)
Mary's song (1:46-56)
Zechariah's Prophecy (1:67-80)
The Angels' Announcement (2:8-21)
Simeon's blessing (2:22-40)
